*YOUR DEVELOPMENTAL DRIVE IS LAUDABLE, ARIBASOYE APPLAUDS OKE AYEDUN MONARCH* The Ekiti House of Assembly Speaker, Rt. Hon. Adeoye Aribasoye has congratulated the Alaaye of Oke Ayedun, Oba Olufemi Aribisala on his fifth coronation anniversary. Aribasoye who joined other well meaning Nigerians on Saturday to grace the event rejoiced with the indigenes of the town, a proximate community to his Odo Ayedun country home, for witnessing the celebration noting that the town is blessed with an influential and progress driven monarch. The Speaker, represented by his Chief of Staff, Olamide Aribisala, in an interview lauded the passionate drive of the traditional ruler in attracting heavyweight personalities to the event saying the action reflected the developmental mentality of the respected monarch. He congratulated those who bagged various chieftaincy titles at the anniversary ceremony urging them to realise that such honours should be a constant reminder that honourable conduct is expected of them always while keeping the town in mind for progressive gestures. In his speech at the event, Oba Aribisala listed some feats achieved by the town to include installation of community solar lights as a better alternative to electricity supply, an almost completed palace administrative block and provision of potable water among other attainments. He thanked the Governor, Mr. Biodun Oyebanji for counting the community worthy in the appointment of permanent secretary adding that the health centre with solar installations put in place within his period of throne ascension is a cheering development. The monarch however sought more support to the town in many areas including security, adding that the establishment of a divisional police office in the axis to strengthen security should be accorded priority. The community thanked the Speaker, Aribasoye and other donors for their financial support towards the success of the event and other good plans of the town praying for God's continual blessing upon them.
